INFORMATION for 2020 Series Ticket Holders:

Thank you for your patience in this process.  Following NAIA, LC State and CDC protocols and recommendations,  our top two goals are (1) to make sure we are able to provide a safe environment of our student-athletes to compete and (2) to create a safe environment for our fans to watch.

To accomplish our goals, we must change seating at the ballpark and allow room for social distancing between “pods.” This means several people have been displaced from their normal seats this year. However, we are excited to announce that we have been able to accommodate all of our Series ticket holders!  Because of the complexity of the seating chart, there will NOT be opportunity to request different seats.  If you are unhappy with your seats wish to be refunded, we will offer refunds until May 21. We realize not everyone will be happy about the seating issue this year, but this is not a normal year so we ask for your understanding. And it could always be worse – at least we have a Series this year!

As far as a mask policy, we are still waiting for a final decision, which is expected to be announced on May 19. We will announce the policy on our Avista NAIA World Series website – www.naiaworldseries.com as soon as we get word as well as send out a public press release.

Currently we are waiting for the NAIA to approve our spectator plan and once it is approved we will process your seats via TicketsWest and you will receive  an email from TicketsWest confirming you tickets and a declaration that you agree to follow NAIA, LC State and  social distancing guidelines. Below are a few changes that will happen this year:

  • All tickets will be mobile or can be printed at home. For admission, you must show your tickets on your mobile device or print out and bring to the stadium.
  • Friday/Saturday/Monday:  To help us keep Harris Field COVID-19 compliant, we are going to clear Harris Field after the second game each day. The gates will reopen as soon as we are able to clean and clear spaces which are required by COVID-19 protocols.
  • Main entrance behind home plate and Left field will be the ONLY entrances available for ticket holders.
  • No outside food or drinks.
  • No backpacks or dogs.

Again, we ask for your understanding during this unusual year.

COVID Restrictions

  • All seating is reserved and individuals must sit in their assigned seat.
  • Per NAIA requirements, guests are required to wear a facemask that is covering your mouth and nose inside Harris Field when not consuming food or beverages. Fans not adhering to the requirements will be asked to leave.
  • Please keep a safe distance of 6 feet between you and other guests at all times.
