Avista NAIA World Series Internship Program
Internship Information
The Avista NAIA World Series Internship Program is designed to provide exceptional students interested in a career in sports with a unique opportunity to learn firsthand about the operations of a championship tournament. Those selected will gain invaluable work experience through project assignments.
The internship dates are as follows: May 20 – May 31, 2025. Hours of operation are based on the events and day of the tournament. Applicants must be available to work all shifts in the calendar listed below to be eligible for review. Opportunities may be available in a variety of departments including but not limited to: Promotions, Volunteer Coordinating, Social Media, and Facilities. Although interns will focus on one area they will assist with all other areas as needed. All internship positions are paid and are based out of Lewiston, Idaho. This is a stipend internship of $650 paid after completion of the internship ending on 5/31/25.
*Interns will fulfill duties from a variety of departments

Internship Requirements
All Applications Must Meet the Following Criteria for Consideration
- Current College Student or 2024-25 graduate
- Have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Previous work experience (part-time, internship or volunteer) related to the department(s) of interest is strongly preferred
