Volunteering allows you to work directly with something you're passionate about, and for us, that's baseball! At the Avista NAIA World Series, we owe it to our volunteers, so we've tossed in some perks to sweeten the deal.

PERKS OF VOLUNTEERING

T-Shirt: Volunteers get a free Avista NAIA World Series Volunteer t-shirt.

Day Pass: Upon check-in, volunteers will receive an all-day pass so they can enjoy the games before and after their shift.

Volunteer Requirements

Volunteers are asked to check-in at the Volunteer Information Booth 15 minutes prior to their scheduled work time.

Rain Delay: Email updates will be sent once weather conditions have been evaluated. For more convenience, opt-in for the text message notifications when applying or in your profile.”

Volunteer as a group

Special accommodations for groups can be made to fit the individuals of the group. We can provide a variety of positions and/or locations that best accommodate your group of volunteers.

Civic groups, businesses, school groups, clubs, church organizations, are just a few of the types of establishments that are encouraged to volunteer each year!

VOLUNTEER AS AN INDIVIDUAL

  • Hospitality Room
  • Program Seller
  • Information Station
  • Ticket Scanner

Job Descriptions

  • This position is responsible for selling Pepsi products, food, candy etc. to patrons.
  • Volunteers need to be at least 12 years old and accompanied by a guardian to work in the concessions.
  • This position has locations in the Main Concession located on the south side of the P1FCU Activity Center, outside of the Left Field, and new this year, within the vendor area located on Sixth St.
