Days and Shifts

Early Morning: 7:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.

Late Morning: 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Afternoon: 3 to 6:30 p.m.

Evening: 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. (or end of game)

Times may vary depending upon work location

  • Note: The NAIA World Series is a family-oriented event and all volunteers are appreciated, however, for safety reasons, volunteers under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult (also, main concession volunteers must be at least 16).

Shifts per day

5/26 Friday: Early Morning, Late Morning, Afternoon, and Evening
5/27 Saturday: Early Morning, Late Morning, Afternoon, and Evening
5/29 Monday: Early Morning, Late Morning, Afternoon, and Evening
5/30 Tuesday: Late Morning, Afternoon, and Evening
5/31 Wednesday: Afternoon and Evening
6/1 Thursday: Evening
6/2 Friday (if necessary): Evening

GROUPS

Group schedules can be customized to fit the individuals working, between varieties of positions and/or everyone can be in one location.  Civic groups, businesses, school groups, clubs, church organizations, are just a few of the types of establishments that are encouraged to volunteer each year!

JOB DESCRIPTIONS

All positions: Check in 10 minutes prior to shift at the Volunteer Information Booth

Apparel Shop
  1. The Apparel Shop is located on the south side of the Activity Center, next to the Main Concession stand. Individual will help with selling, stocking and communicating with patrons interested in purchasing inventory.
  2. There will be an Apparel Shop supervisor on duty when your shift begins to explain procedures/show you how to run the cash register and credit card machine.
  3. You will be asked periodically to turn in your excess cash over to bank personnel for accounting purposes. They will have official credentials.
